Announcement: "Blue Hawaii" is Elvis Presley's 14th record,
and also the soundtrack to the film of the same name, in which Elvis plays a
young man who, after the army, finds Hawaii, his friends, his family.
For the record, the song "Blue Hawaii", present in the film and its soundtrack,
is a cover by Elvis Presley of a Bing Crosby song that he himself sang in a 1937
film, and certain songs from this album (such as "Can't Help Falling In Love")
became Elvis Presley hits.
An essential film soundtrack, therefore, selected for the 1961 Grammy Awards.
