Notes:  From the liner notes:
This new groovy release kicks off with take 6 of "Edge Of Reality". Elvis' vocal, although strong, does not yet match up to the Power of take 8.
"Wonderful World", perhaps not a classic Presley recording, proves the man's ability to get the best out of a mediocre song. Take 5 is notably different to takes 15 and 17.
"A Little Less Conversation" still sounds fresh alter 25 years due to the funky bass guitar licks and Elvis' raw vocal delivery. On take 10 Elvis sings "satisfy me girl" instead of "satisfy me baby" as is heard on take 16.
The 4 tracks recorded at the American Sound Studio are either undubbed or partly undubbed.

This is Elvis at his best! If only he would've stayed at the American Sound Studio instead of moving to Nashville's Studio B the following year...
The 3 live recordings are perhaps not the best in sound quality, but both "Cryin' Time" and the earliest known recording of the medley "Blue Suede Shoes" and "Whole Lotta Shakin" have not seen a release before on CD.
"Suzie Q" first became available on vinyl in the late 80's and has been copied again and again ever since. We dug up the original tape, cleaned it up, and we hope you will groove to the result! The legend lives on!
