The wooden box was made by "L&P Per Post" in Germany and supplied with US pressed discs.

L&P was a German music shop located in Berlin/Germany.
The mark "L&P Per Post" was the mail order divisoin of the store. The formal name of the mail order shop was "L&P Per Post Frohberg und Wagner KG". The music shop does not exist today.
It is unkown if the re-packing was done with permission of BMG.
